Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies is a free and confidential NHS service designed to help with common mental health problems such as stress, anxiety and depression. Anyone aged 18 years or over and registered with a GP can access support, though a GP referral is not necessary as you can self-refer. How we work:

Referral

We accept self-referrals and referrals from GPs and health professionals.

Consultation

Once we receive your referral, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange an assessment appointment.

Therapy

If our service is right for you, we will recommend the right therapy for you and get you booked in for an appointment.

How to access our support:

Digital Assistant

By Phone

You can call us on 0333 188 1060 to start your referral. We will then arrange an initial assessment.
Our lines are open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am - 12.30pm.
