Nikki Evans - Little Footprints Childcare

Hello, my name is Nikki. I have been childminding now for almost 10 years. I decided to become a childminding when I had my first baby.

I have 2 children and a husband, and we live together at my home on Kirklington road in Rainworth. My home is also my childcare setting.

I accept children from 6 months old - 3 years old. I may have space for older children during the holidays, depending on my availability at the time.

I accept government funding, and take funded children until the term after their 3rd birthday.

All childminders work differently so it is worth visiting a few to get the feel of what would work best for you. Some work with assistants, some like to stay at home all the time, some ask you provide packed lunch. Whereas I work alone, I like to take the children out on a regular basis and I also provide all food.

We love visiting playgroups, local parks and wheelgate.

I provide all food for the children, however food may be requested from home if the child has any specific dietary requirements.

I am happy to offer term time only contacts when requested. I do not charge any retainer fees during the holidays for children who attend term time only.

I have a spacious home, with a large garden which is like a playground. We have slides, swings, a ground level trampoline, playhouse and a variety of outdoor toys.

We do not have any pets (apart from a fish) and are non smokers.

I do not have spaces currently available.

Spaces should become available from Jan 2027.
