Overview
Next Steps Community Care provides supported living services to adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, complex needs, autism and physical disabilities in their own homes. All staff receive comprehensive training to enable them to deliver a quality service that meets the needs of individuals. Support is tailored to the individuals needs and choices with a person centred approach. Next Steps Community Care works in partnership with Pegasus Housing Association, therefore we are able to support people in finding the right accommodation and supporting them to maintain their tenancy.
