Breakfast club is held in the school hall for Newlands Junior School children only.
Miss Deakin and Mrs Gibbs are our breakfast club leaders and welcome your child to join them for a great start to the day. We offer a range of cereals, toast and juice.

Dietary needs
We hold an initial meeting with parents/carers to ascertain their child's dietary needs and ensure an individual plan is put in place which outlines the child's specific dietary needs. We then either provide specific food products or negotiate this with parents/carers. These are labelled with the child's name on and are kept separate to the rest of the breakfast club produce.
Special needs (children)
All of our staff have received extensive training focusing on SEND needs, in particular autism, ADHD, social and emotional mental health needs and we are also a trauma informed and attachment aware school. Staff welcome and embrace neurodiversity. We work with a number of outside agencies and professionals who provide us with advice and ongoing support for specific learning needs.
