For adults with type 1 and 2 diabetes and their carers.
The group has been meeting since April 2015 and mainly deals with diabetes. GP's and health professionals attend the group as speakers specifically for diabetes. The group is intending to start the 'juggle' diabetes programme. The group languages are Urdu and English.
Meet other people in the same situation and share your experiences! The group enjoys walking, yoga, day trips and healthy cooking.
