MS Society Helpline

Overview

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The MS Society's National Helpline is there to help anyone affected by MS, whether you are newly diagnosed, have lived with the condition for many years, or are a carer, relative or friend.

The MS Helpline provides information and emotional support by telephone and email for anyone affected by MS, and it is often a good first point of contact. It is accredited by the Telephone Helplines Association and consists of paid staff and trained volunteers, who together deal with around 15,000 enquiries a year.
