What is it?
A friendly, inclusive social activity morning welcoming people with diabilities and long term health conditions that includes access to Swim for Health, activities in the Sports Hall and includes tea and coffee.

Swim for Health - 11:45am to 12:30pm
Activities in the Sports Hall 10:30am to 12:30pm to include Table Tennis, Badminton, Table Top Curling, Board Games and Tea and Coffee
A dedicated member of staff will be available to support both Pool and Sports Hall activities
What do I need?
A bottle of water, swimwear, clothes to wear in the sports hall, a towel, toiletries, and £1 for a locker.How much does it cost?£5 per session and an Active Nottingham account is required (FREE to create). Is it for me?
The session welcomes anyone looking for inclusive, entry-level activities including those living with Dementia and their carers, people with disabilities or long-term health conditions, and those looking to get back into activity.The sessions will be supported by a member of staff, who will be on hand to welcome participants and support them throughout the activity.
