Mindful Yoga Burton Joyce

Overview

Every Tuesday 10.00am - 11.30am

We use yoga asanas, along with the breath, to slow the mind down and to fully be in our bodies. There is a combination of yoga flows (sequencing), micro-movements so that we are aware of our we use our bodies in everyday life. We also practice restorative yoga, where we use cushions, etc to stay in postures for several minutes. This is an intermediate class and not suitable for beginners. At the moment there is a waiting list but please do not hesitate to contact me if you are interested.

This class is held on a Tuesday morning in Burton Joyce Village Hall, 10 - 11.30 am.
