I have been an Ofsted Registered Childminder for 16 years working with children from 6 weeks old up to 12 years. I have always worked with children and completed a degree in Psychology and Education along with an NVQ 2 and 3 in childcare. I keep up to date with all the courses such as advanced safeguarding, food hygiene and paediatric first aid. I also do extra courses each year to expand my knowledge and keep up to date.

I have two sons and I live with my husband in Toton, doing school drop offs and collections from Banks Road and Bispham School.

I work alongside my 3 assistants ( only 2 at a time ) Julia ( who have both been working in childcare for over 16 years who is NVQ 3 qualified and has paediatric first aid and advanced safeguarding qualifications ) and my two apprentices Scarlett who has been working with me for the past 1 year completing her NVQ Level 3 qualification. Also Ella who has been with me for 6 months and is currently completing her NVQ level 2.They are also both paediatric first aid and advanced safeguarding trained.

We have a large playroom with two rooms and areas to play elsewhere in the house such as the conservatory and dining room. We also have an enclosed garden which the children love to play in and we are a short few minutes walk to the nature reserve and park.

We have a large selection of toys and love to do crafts, baking, construction play, imaginative play and lots of singing.

We also go out and about to toddler groups, the park, the library, toddler gymnastics, boogie beats, the farm and different day trips in the school holidays.

We Also have Kidslingo French and Counting kids come into the setting on a regular basis.

Opening Times

On a Friday we close at 4.30pm

Full day 7.30-5.30pm funded days, spread across the year. Friday's are until 4.30pm.

Per day £2.50 charge for food ( includes all meals across the day )
