Me Time is a Mencap community-led social inclusion and leisure programme. Me Time provides community day opportunities to people with a learning disability, developing skills and confidence to access local events and activities. At Nottingham Me Time there are lots of different activities for people with a learning disability to choose from including: Sports, Arts & Crafts, Drama, Community Cafes, Gardens and Educational Courses.
