Childminder

I’ve been childminding for seven years now. I’m registered directly with Ofsted, having previously been registered with a childminding agency.

I work with EYFS children and offer wrap-around care from Monday to Friday. My home serves as their base when they’re here. We have a lovely garden and outdoor space with artificial grass, allowing us to use it all year round. In the summer and autumn, we can also use a bouncy castle if the weather permits. There’s a room called the snug where we engage in lots of free play, role play, and chill out time. Arts and crafts can be done indoors or outdoors.

I provide all meals for the children in my care, ensuring they’re home-cooked whenever possible. We also go on outings to the forest, soft play centres, and play groups. Living in a lovely green area, we make the most of it by going out to collect items from nature and explore the surroundings.

When choosing Little Scholars for your childcare needs, please note that we do have dogs. Pets play a significant role in the children’s lives, and they all love them as much as we do. I also have my own children still growing up at home, so my job is a big part of my life. To this end, we’ve extended our family to include the families of our minded children.

All cost in include food and trips out for children over 1. Food under 1 is provided by the parents.
