These supportive sessions are designed to help you manage anxiety and low mood through gentle movement, mindfulness, and group discussion. Each session provides a safe space to share, connect with others, and learn practical tools for emotional wellbeing.

  • If you're arriving by bus, take route 77, 77C, 78, or 79 and get off at Boden Street (Stop RA33). From there, walk northwest on Alfreton Road (A610) for about 1 minute, then turn left onto Boden Street. Our venue is just a short 2-minute walk from the bus stop.
