Overview
Lifeline Support Service is an award winning, CQC registered service offering tailored support to older adults, people with dementia and family carers. We offer a Community Day Centre and Community Support Service in Worksop, Retford and surrounding areas. Our services are registered nurse led and under the supervision of trained staff.
Our Day Centre is located in Carlton in Lindrick. It runs each Tuesday between 10am and 2pm.
We offer a ‘hub’ of visiting outside services at the Day Centre with regular visits from chiropody, hairdresser, church members.
Our Community Support Service offers 1-2-1 support in a person’s own home. This includes home visits, breaks for carers, community outings and befriending.
We focus on providing stimulating activities for each person attending the Day Centre or receiving support from the Community Support Service. These are tailored to individual preferences, interests and abilities.
