Dietary needs
By using information given from parents and supplying a nutritional balanced diet which takes into account food allergies, intolerances and religious preferences etc and contains appropriate nutrients from each food group.
Special needs (children)
Depending on information parent/carer provides, if possible I would seek professional training, information and relevant resources. I have experience of working in a nursery with children with behaviour issues (ADHD and ASD), I learned here to manage behaviour with positive reinforcement.
