The next step
We will be very happy to arrange to visit you, so that we can discuss the type of care you require. When we fully understand your precise needs, we carefully select carers who have the appropriate experience and qualifications to best meet those needs.
LEA Care Manager will accompany your Carer on their first visit to you, this enables us to introduce you both and ensure your Carer knows your exact needs. LEA Care Manager will then continue to make regular visits to you, to ensure that you are happy with our service and that we are providing you with the highest standards of care.
