At Kangaroo TLC, it is our mission to give your child the very best in "educare"
We deliver teacher led childcare in a family home environment in the heart of Nottinghamshire. We nurture and care for children from 6 months to 5 years old. Every day is an adventure where we reach for the stars and shine!
We explore our local environment and learn through nature - an "outing" everyday. We cook & eat delicious, nutritious, home cooked meals and snacks. We investigate, create, support our community and most importantly we laugh and PLAY!
Our childcare service is led by experienced teacher Alison Norrington.

At Kangaroo TLC, we passionately believe that the first 5 years of a child’s life give them the foundations for imagination, aspiration, achievement and happiness.
We facilitate and encourage curiosity, choices, creativity, exploration and a desire for knowledge, whilst building resilience and independence. We want to hear "What…?" "Why…?" "How…?" "If…" Whilst having fabulous fun indoors and outdoors, we empower children to make choices, question and wonder!
Childcare is available Monday-Friday during term-time and there are no fees to pay during the holidays. Kangaroo TLC is open from 7:30am - 5.30pm.
Highly qualified staff work on a 1:3 ratio with our 6 month -5 year olds and all staff are OfSTED registered, have a DBS check and have also gained a Paediatric First Aid certificate. We do not do school runs so that your child is always being cared for and enjoying their day in a 1:3 ratio.
We have a free flow indoor and outdoor learning environment which endeavours to extend children’s thinking, to stimulate their imaginations and encourage them to ‘learn how to learn’. Read about Experiences at Kangaroo TLC.

Invoices are produced on a Pro Rate basis - 39 weeks per year pro-rate over 11 months - no invoice in August.
