Special needs (children)
Consultation and communication with parents to meet the child's individual needs. We access specific training as required for a child's individual needs. We have worked with several children requiring support over the last 20 years, currently we care for 3 children with complex requirements. We ensure they are not left out or discriminated during group activities. We currently use a wheelchair to take a child to school and put another child on a NCC minibus to a specialist school in the area.
