Overview
Our foundation Unit is based within the main school but has separate areas for playing outside. The school has a transition programme to help the pupils settle into the school. The unit comprises of Foundation 2 classes for 4/5 year olds - with a capacity for 60 places - 2 classes of 30 pupils and Foundation 1 classes - nursery class, offering 15 hours for 5 mornings or 15 hours for 5 afternoons. 30 hours places available if parents are eligible for a 30 hour code - please contact the school to check about places.
The school has a take care ethos which is introduced to the children from when they start with us in Foundation.
