NCHA has also been providing accommodation and support for Asian Elders since 1989. Ashiana based in Sneinton and Basera House in Hyson Green provide a culturally appropriate environment and a support service delivered by Asian language speaking staff. All flats are independent and include a kitchen, bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Ashiana is a corridor scheme and flats at Basera House all have external front doors into a courtyard.
