As well as offering help to a wide range of issues, I specialise in Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Stopping Smoking, Weight Management, Stress & Anxiety.
My therapy sessions are held in a safe, comfortable, private environment at a therapy centre in Nottingham, or the sessions can also be held online from the comfort of your own home. Full confidentiality is assured and there is not Judgement.
A personalised treatment plan is put together to suit your needs as one size does not fit all. My therapy is all client centred and solution focused to help you get to where you want to be in your life.
Hypnotherapy is nothing to be afraid of, it is a very relaxing, safe treatment. I gradually lead you into a nice relaxed state, and then I deepen the relaxation until you are at a nice level of trance. Hypnosis that I use is not like what you would see on the stage or TV. You remain in control all the time, I am just there to guide you through the process. I explain everything to you in detail before I do any therapy, I don't use any jargon or complicated terms, I make sure the client understands before I start the therapy.

I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) which is regulated by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) , the Professional Standards Accredited Register, and the Central Register for Stop Smoking Therapists (CRSST)
This means that I am trained to high standards which meets the requirements of the National Occupational Standards to work competently and ethically as a Professional Hypnotherapist
