At Heymann Primary School, we offer wrap around care for all of our children from 3 to 11 years.
Our services are available Monday to Friday term time only. here is no provision on school INSET days. These dates are published in our school newsletter in September and throughout the year.

Nursery wrap around care
Once your child has been offered a place at Heymann Nursery, you may register your child for our wrap-around care services. Registration forms are available from Alison Fielding, Nursery Admissions & Administration, based at the KS1 school office (alison.fielding@heymann.notts.sch.uk)
Breakfast Club
Heymann Breakfast Club is held at both KS1 Swithland Drive and KS2 Waddington Drive, depending on which school your child attends, and runs each morning from 7.30am. Children are given breakfast, which consists of a range of cereals, toast or bread with butter and jam and a drink of either water or milk.

Heymann Out Of School Club (HOOSC)
HOOSC is situated on the school premises at KS1 and KS2, and we have a team of experienced and qualified staff who aim to give parents/carers peace of mind whilst their children are attending the Club.
Children need to be safe, well looked after and be enjoying themselves! We believe there are enormous benefits for those children that attend the club in the familiar and safe environment of the school.

The cost per session is �5.50 per child payable by the 10th of each month for the current month through our online booking and payment facility, Arbor. Adhoc bookings are subject to limited availability. Missed sessions will be charged for in full.
If you wish to make a booking please contact breakfastclub@heymann.notts.sch.uk to complete a Club Registration form/ confirm acceptance of the Club's terms. Parents can then make bookings direct on their Arbor Wraparound Club account,
The cost per child to attend Out of School Club (afterschool) is �11.00 per session. This is payable on the 10th of each month through our online payment facility School money.
We are open each school day except school inset days, term time only. You may collect your child any time up to 6.00pm (but no later than 6.00pm). ANY collections after this time will incur a �late collection� fee per site to cover additional costs to the Club.
Late booking requests with less than 48 hours� notice (ie within school weekdays, not including weekends and school holidays) will be charged at �16.50. Late booking requests should be emailed to hoosc@heymann.notts.sch.uk prior to attending.
