A personalised programme run by Mansfield District Leisure Trust to help people aged over 18 who have a health condition or disability and need support to increase their activity levels. Referral is via a health professional. The porgramme lasts up to 6 months and provides personalised support from exercise referral qualified instructors. Available at our leisure centres in Mansfield.
