At Hatzfeld we provide residential care for adults with varying needs such as Asperger's, schizophrenia, eating disorders and an array of mental health conditions. A person-centered care plan is produced and tailored to each individuals' specific needs.

Personalised care packages and agreed as part of the initial assessment process and are updated on an ongoing basis responding to the changing needs of the person. The needs and wishes of residents along with advocates and family members are included in the care process from the offset.

Robust and transparent quality assurance systems are in place and feedback from a variety of sources such as residents, family members, advocates and other health professionals are used to shape and continuously improve future service delivery.
