Overview
Third Tuesday of every month from 9.30am to 2.30pm
An initiative designed to empower the wider community through creative environmental wellbeing activities that combine digital storytelling with nature-based mental health support. Participants engage in outdoor experiences alongside media creation, providing a safe and inclusive space for self-expression, reflection, and connection. Community members explore environmental themes, share their experiences through digital content such as podcasts, videos, or blogs, and build practical digital skills while enhancing their emotional wellbeing. This approach promotes resilience, creativity, and a stronger connection to both the local community and the natural environment.
