A home visit is available if required.
We invite parents and the child to visit the school before starting. This will include meeting the class teacher.
If your child requires specific support this will be discussed and if needed a support plan will be put in place prior to starting school.
Regular meetings with SENDCo.

As a school we have an open door policy where parents are welcome to speak to parents before and after school.
In Early Years and Reception we use tapestry as a way of communicating a child's learning throughout the school week. Parents can use this to share what their child has been learning at home too.
Parents evenings and informal drop ins are held throughout the school year e.g. October to discuss how a child has settled in.
School formal end of year reports and statutory reports.
When a child is in Reception and Key Stage One parents are emailed a link to videos to support them with practising their child's phonics, as well as offering a phonics evening specifically for parents.
