Farthings is an award winning residential care home in West Drayton, near Retford, with 22 beds, specialising in residential care and respite care for the elderly. All bedrooms are ensuite with a toilet, hand basin and shower facility within. There is a passenger lift which services the first floor.

Farthings is CQC rated 'Good', has the highest, Band 5, quality rating with Nottinghamshire County Council and also the highest, 5 star, food hygiene rating.
