ESOL Class

Tuesdays 12 - 3pm, Thursdays 11am - 12pm, Fridays 11am - 1pm

Here at Sneinton Community CIC we offer free ESOL classes for complete beginners in english to acheive the basic level needed for the traditional courses available. We have a volunteer fully qualified ESOL teacher who plans and runs each session supporting people with next to no english skills until they are ready to move up to the next class. The classes have a strong sense of community and friendship as students get to know eachother and work hard to improve their english. Students are taught all 4 key areas of language : listening, reading, writing and speaking. There are 2 seperate groups: pre - entry for general beginners who need a bit more development before starting a entry 1 course and Basic learners for people who speak no english/ very little.
