Age Range: 18+

Tier 1: £1,245 - Non-complex care such as companionship, personal care and meal preparation
Tier 2: £1,495 - Condition lead care such as dementia, cancer or Parkinson’s
Tier 3: £1,745 - More complex care which is condition led including complex personal care such as stoma care, catheter care and/or
complex mobility needs such as hoist to transfer
