Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
We provide a full direct payment support service. Our service is provided by our friendly and experienced independent living advisers. They will work with you to get the most out of your care and support package. We support with all aspects of your direct payment - getting started, recruiting a personal assistant (PA), ongoing employment support, choosing and using a care agency, payroll and managed account (where we hold the funds if you are not able to). Speak to a member of the team about how a direct payment might work for you.

Most of the people we support are referred to us by their social worker. If you receive community care funding (or are going to), please speak to your social worker about direct payments.
