Derbyshire House is a mainly single storey, purpose built home which is registered to provide single occupancy accommodation for up to 31 older people (30 permanent and 1 respite) in need of personal and/or emotional care and support. All accommodation complies with the National Minimum Standards and are disabled/wheelchair friendly. They all have en-suite toilet and wash basin facilities and 18 of the rooms have french doors leading onto a private garden/patio area. There are also 2 larger rooms on the upper floor complete with private showers. We are situated in the village of East Leake and within walking distance of the villages' facilities such as churches, shops, post office, a library and health centre. Public transport is available to Nottingham and Loughborough and some other villages. The Home offers a short stay room for respite care and a day care facility.
