Anyone affected by dementia is welcome to join our monthly walk at Stonebridge Farm.
It is free to join.
Trent Dementia offers free leisurely guided health walks on Thursday mornings each month in Stonebridge City Farm, Nottingham.
Guided walks with a trained leader for people affected by dementia in the East Midlands area. If you are living independently with dementia or are a family member or supporter, you are welcome to join us.
- Date: The following Thursdays of each month: 9th May, 13th June, 11th July, 8th August, 10th October, 14th November.
- Location: We meet at the Cafe as you enter the farm.
- Time: 11.30am

If you are driving,
Limited Free parking is available just outside the farm. Parking on Stonebridge Road costs £2.50 for all day parking.
If you take buses 24, 25, 26, or 27, the farm is a five minute walk from either the St Chad's Road stop or Handel Street(depending on which direction you're coming from)
