A warm and friendly Nottingham City Centre based Yoga Studio and Yoga School. We were the first UK based Yoga Studio to be accredited to the enhanced Yoga Teacher Training standards, set by Yoga Alliance (USA), and the only one in Nottingham. Our timetable reflects our ethos, of "Yoga for All". The variety of classes include Hot, Aerial, Vinyasa, Yin, Baby, and Restorative. Our teachers have diverse backgrounds and have taught people from all over the world. We also invite and host workshops for Yoga teachers/practitioners.
Times and availability
Community Classes are 1 hour
Aerial and Hot Yoga Classes are 1.5 hours
Baby Massage and Baby Yoga are 45-60 minutes

Drop in cost for our community classes are £7.50, some free pass maybe available, please enquire. Students and NHS staff get a 20% discount on normal classes. £15.00 is the normal drop in cost, but passes and monthly memberships are more cost effective.
