Our Staff All of the staff we employ are fully CRB checked, they work through a 12 week induction and are matched to the person they will be looking after. Once they have completed their induction they then go on to do their Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care, they also receive a full training and development plan and have regular supervisions and competencies from our fully trained team leaders. Our Quality Every 6 months all our service users receive a quality assurance questionnaire so that we can collate the quality of our service provided. We also undertake regular reviews and our staff will have Primary Worker status so that there is always somebody our service users can make contact with and assist them in their lives. Our Policies All policies and procedures are available and all our staff are trained on them. New service users will receive a Service User Guide detailing our service and what we provide in more detail.
