The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their money, legal and other problems by providing free advice and by influencing policymakers. Every Citizens Advice is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to continue providing this vital service to local communities.

Join our team of volunteers who together are invaluable to delivering our advice service and supporting witnesses. Together we helped over 2.5 million people face to face, over the phone, by email and chat in England and Wales last year.
