We have 2 offices in Eastwood and Beeston open each day of the week and an outreach in Stapleford Care Centre
We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people's lives.
Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.
All clients seeking advice will receive an initial assessment of their situation in a short interview with an Assessor. If further advice is needed as a result of this assessment you may go on to see a Generalist Adviser or be asked to attend a Debt Drop In Session.
We're an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.
Times and availability
Beeston Council Offices Each morning 10am to 1pm (except Wednesday)
Stapleford Care Centre Monday & Tuesday 9:30-12:30
Eastwood Library Mon, Tues 9.30-12.30pm Thursday 1pm to 4pm
