Overview
Catharsis is an Arts Therapy company founded in 2004, based in Derby but able to work throughout the East Midlands. The team includes Drama, Music, and Art Therapists, all with MA degrees, DBS or CRB checked and State Registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
We have many years experience working in mainstream schools, Pupil Referral Units, Children’s Homes, community venues and with Criminal Justice agencies. We work with both children and adults, either on a 1:1 basis or we can provide family therapy or groupwork programmes.
We have a pool of therapists and therefore aim to meet the needs of the client.

Times and availability
1:1 therapy sessions tend to be up to an hour. Group sessions vary.
