My wife is an Ofsted approved assistant with full paediatric first aid training. We operate well within the statutory limits on number so as to offer a good adult to child ratio and close attention to the care and development of each child.

We offer genuine term-time only arrangements with no ‘retainers’ or additional charges for the holiday periods.

We believe parents should be free to enjoy their leisure time with their children, so we include non-paying holiday arrangements in our all-year round contracts; in other words ‘you don’t pay when your child does not attend’ (subject to contract).

Use bank holidays and inset days as you need to with no additional charges. We understand parents may wish to spend bank holidays together as a family but some are obliged to be at work. We don’t think this should be an excuse for child-carers to double their prices or charge when the child is at home.

No hidden extras! Your child is entitled to enjoy meals, outings, toddler groups etc. Included in one straight forward price. We do not believe such essentials should be treated as optional extra luxuries only provided if you pay more to your childcare setting.
