We are a friendly family run home care agency. We believe in providing quality support for people who have a right to remain in their own homes and who wish to be as independent as they can be.
Our services are available to a wide range of people who suffer with dementia and alzheimer’s disease. People who have physical disabilities, sensory impairment for people who have mental health problems, or for those who just feel frail and need a little support.
We offer a tailored care service aimed at providing choice and independence. Services are available on a short-term or long term basis.
Services include as an example:- Companionship, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Personal Care, Transportation, Convalescence Support, Medication Reminders, or respite care whilst family members have a break.
All care staff are encouraged to gain qualifications within health and social care. Equally important to us is recognising the importance of having highly trained, valued and motivated carers, who are frequently offered additional training to supplement their knowledge base.

Costs
We keep our costing structure simple, one price weekday, one price weekend, one price bank holiday. No additional extras, no hidden fees, all insurances and travel included. This is to make it easier for our clients to manage their funding and budgeting.
Referral
Before we commence any support, potential clients will be visited at home for an informal meet and greet. This is an opportunity for any questions to be answered on both sides, paperwork to be completed, and for matching to take place between the personalities and skill mixes within our team, and the personality and care requirements of the client.
