Belong Health Support Service

Overview

If you are new to the UK, what do you do if you get sick or have an accident? Belong Nottingham will help you to get the help you need. We will make sure you are registered with a doctor, and with a dentist. We will help you to understand the NHS health system in England and what help you or your family can get while you are in the UK. For example what medicines are available and how to get them. We can also come with you to health appointments and provide translation services.
More than that we can conduct health reviews and provide advice and support for condition management, healthy lifestyle, mental well-being and direct you to a range of free resources and support groups.

Contact

We are located near the Forest Recreation Ground and the Arboretum park, about 25 minutes walk from the Market Square.
