Anna Topley - Cherry Tree Childminding

Overview

A bit about me

My name is Anna

I am an Ofsted registered childminder at Cherry Tree Childminding based in Rainworth

I have worked with children for almost 20 years and have a wide range of experience, from caring for babies to working with young adults in post 16.
I spent most of my career working with primary aged children in SEN schools.

I have a great passion for working with babies and children and I am committed to offering the highest quality childcare and education.

I feel strongly about offering children a safe, supportive environment paired with a wide range of activities and wonderful experiences to help them learn and grow.

Special needs (children)

Has provisionYes

I have worked with children in SEND schools for 19 years. during that time, I have gained a wide range of knowledge to support and understand children with many different SEND needs. While working in schools I also had the opportunity to further my understanding of SEND with the many training and development courses I was able to access. a lot of these courses would be put together to help us understand and support many different aspects of special needs and how to tailor our learning to the individual child as well as strategies to implement our practice in the best way.
