This then becomes a worry when the possibility of leaving your home comes, due to reduced mobility or illness, therefore Anchits provides carers or support workers who are happy to come and leave in your house and support with those daily tasks that may have become impossible to do alone yet at the same time encouraging independence were possible. 24-hour support is available at your call to provide relief to you and your loved ones and helping to maintain a tailored routine that is safe and customized to suit your expectations.

Anchits Service Solutions also provides specialist services for adults as well as complex medical conditions to clients. Support is tailored to ensure that you and your loved ones continue to live a positive and independent life were possible. An assessment is conducted before the beginning of your care services to ensure understanding of needs and to tailor make a care plan that will be person centred. The care plan will be reviewed and changed regularly to suit any changes you may have.
