Overview
Our Tuition Services
At 1st Staff, we provide high-quality, personalised tuition and therapeutic support for children and young people who can't attend mainstream school. We believe that every child can succeed, regardless of their background or abilities, and our dedicated team is committed to helping them reach their goals in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. We specialise in supporting students with a wide range of needs, including those with or without an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). This includes young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), as well as those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, such as anxiety, and Emotional Based School Avoidance (EBSA).
Our Track Record and Expertise
We provide a range of educational and therapeutic services, with remarkable success in early intervention for students at risk of permanent exclusion. Our team is also highly experienced in supporting young people who are unable to attend school. Our services can be delivered as one-to-one or small-group sessions in a home, community setting, or online. We tailor each session to meet the individual needs and interests of the students, and their progress is regularly reviewed. We also provide daily and half-termly progress reports to commissioners to ensure full transparency.
