Nottinghamshire is creating a Local SEND Reform Plan to set out how support for children and young people with SEND will improve over the next three years. We want to do this with families, not without you.
From Monday 27 April, we’re inviting parents and carers to complete a short survey to share:
- what’s working well
- what’s not working as it should
- what matters most to your family
- what you’d like to see change
The survey will be open for two weeks only, due to national timescales, and will take around 10 minutes to complete. Closing at 11pm on Monday 11th May.
Your views will help shape how SEND services develop locally — please share with other families who may want to take part.
