Care Homes Digital Audit Reminder - your feedback is important!
Please help – by completing the attached questionnaire. Your feedback will help inform future plans to ensure your Care Homes have access to great technology and digital equipment that will help to support the future health and well-being of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire residents.
We would like to understand the current availability of digital devices and the quality of internet services in your care home. We are also keen to hear what additional support and training you may need, to get the most from digital technology and devices.
Completing the questionnaire will take no more than 20-30 minutes of your time. Your responses are very important – they will help to support change and future investment.
All responses are confidential and will be anonymised. Please return your completed survey to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can.
Thank you to those Care Homes who have already returned a completed questionnaire.
