With everyone so restricted at present creative projects can offer an opportunity to alleviate boredom and focus energies constructively.
With this in mind, Create! Art for Autism - the popular competition that ran for many years - is being relaunched to give everyone the chance to be involved in a fun creative project and have their work displayed for everyone to see.
The competition is open to both young people and adults, with entries being judged in age groups; 6-10 years, 11-19 years, and 20 years and over.
The competition, which runs until the end of August, has categories for:
- 2d & 3d art,
- digital media
- poetry & prose
The competition can be accessed through the Create! website, and is being supported by an amazing panel of 9 judges ranging from respected representatives of the creative arts world to high profile SEN spokespeople.
