Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking tenders from Service Providers wishing to join the Care, Support and Enablement Services (CSE) Provider Agreement for the provision for Younger Adults with Disabilities and/or Complex Needs. The tender opened on 5th June 2018 and will close on the 9th of July 2018.
Currently Nottinghamshire County Council has a Core Provider model in place whereby four Providers have the Contractual responsibility to undertake any new work arising in their geographical area. The Council wishes to establish a Multi Provider CSE Provider Agreement to sit alongside and support the Core Provider Contracts; this may be used when the Core Provider Contracts cease. The Agreement will allow the Council to engage with Providers who will be able to deliver flexible, community based services which will empower Service Users to live independently in their own tenanted “Supported Living” accommodation, or offer Outreach support to people living on their own, or with family Carers; this may also include 1:1 support in day service settings.
The Agreement will be split into two distinct Lots: Lot 1 for accommodation based and Outreach support for individuals and Lot 2 which also includes guaranteed introduction of new tenancies for the CSE Service Users. Providers can apply to either area or both.
