Do we have your correct details?

Please contact the Deprivation of Liberty – or call us direct on 0115 804 0128, with any changes to your management team; email addresses or contact details.

This is extremely important for the email address that you require the DoLS outcome documents to be sent to, so as not to breach the Data Protection Act.

Has the Relevant Person Moved or Died?

Please remember, if you have submitted a request for, or if you have been granted a Standard Authorisation for a resident, and they have either been discharged from your care, or passed away, to submit a Form 10 to inform us of this.

Market Sustainability & Improvement Fund

In May 2023, we contacted you to ask for your support to gather data around the market’s recruitment and retention for April 2023. This data allowed us to provide information to the Department of Health and Social Care to support the ongoing monitoring of the Market Sustainability and Improvement Fund (‘the fund’)

At this halfway point in the year, we would like to ask for your help again to gather a snapshot of the current market workforce position. This snapshot will aid us to direct market support effectively and monitor the impact of any development activity. We are therefore asking if you could please spare us a little time to complete this short survey focussing on recruitment and retention and international recruitment.

We really do appreciate your time and support with this work, and we will ensure that we keep you all up to date with this and other work we are doing in supporting the market.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact
