To meet the above, Nottinghamshire County Council are seeking new providers for their short breaks service for disabled children and young people aged 5-18. This a countywide service and includes individual support such as sitting/befriending and group support such as holiday playschemes. The following are service gaps that we currently need to fill:

 

  • Provision in Bassetlaw, Newark and rural areas of Rushcliffe;
  • Providers who can support with complex health/medical needs and personal care needs;
  • Group provision for young people 12 +;
  • Providers with experience of challenging behaviours.

 

You can apply to become an approved provider for this service through the East Midlands Tenders Portal www.eastmidstenders.org and the tender reference is DN315665.
