British Sign Language Videos

Nottinghamshire Deaf Society

Nottinghamshire Deaf Society has provided an update on how Deaf people can access interpreters to make phone calls. This replaces face-to-face drop in services during the coronavirus outbreak and is available Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm by contacting bslnotts on skype.


Sign Health

The following videos are from the organisation Sign Health who are providing daily videos interpreted from Government briefings. Please also note that Coronavirus Daily Updates from the Prime Minister will include the provision of an interpreter  on BBC 107 or 231.

Doctors of the world

Doctors of the World are providing regular updates of translated guidance based on the NHS and the UK government’s advice and health information. The information is translated with the support of British Red Cross, Migrant Help, Clear Voice, and the Eastern European Resource Centre and is aimed at the migrant and asylum-seeking communities in the UK.
