Manor Farm is a residential transition service for young people with learning disabilities and autism (age 16-25). Located in rural surroundings Abbotsley in Hertfordshire, residents are supported to access the local shops, community facilities such as leisure centres, restaurants, swimming pools etc.
Residents are supported to use the on site Activity Centre and attend the local special needs college and participate in courses such as Basic Living Skills, Arts, Painting, Dancing, Maths & English, etc.
Every resident will:
- Have a primary diagnosis of Autism and Severe Learning Disabilities.
- Aged 16-25
- May have a secondary diagnosis of Mental Health or Learning Disability
- May exhibit Challenging Behaviour or have a Forensic History
